Report A Found Item

If you find an item of jewellery you should take it to the Police. The item may have significant meaning to the owner. Give them the opportunity of getting it back.

The Police will issue you with a receipt. If the item remains unclaimed you will be able to claim if for yourself anyway. See http://www.police.govt.nz/service/lostandfound/ for more information and a list of Police Sations.
